• A mandatory non-refundable deposit of $20 is required in order to book an appointment for either service.
• Deposits are in place to avoid cancellations and no-shows.
• Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
• Full payment upfront is an option.
• Deposits can be submitted via CashApp, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
• Remaining balance of the service will be paid the day of appointment via Cash, CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

• A 15 minute grace period is allowed, after 15 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee.
• After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, you will have to reschedule and will be charged a $30 reschedule fee.
• Rescheduling the same day of the appointment will result in a $30 reschedule fee. 
• Continuously rescheduling, cancelling, no-shows will lead to you being prohibited to book with us in the future.
• Can reschedule at least 24 hours in advance with no extra fees.
• No cancellation fee if notified within 24 hours; deposit non-refundable.

You will be charged an additional fee of $50 for the following: 

• Same Day Booking
• Coming on a day that is not available for booking 
• Late night appointments after 6pm 
• If you need to be serviced immediately for any reason

This session is for the clients that value privacy and luxury treatment! You will be charged an additional fee of $100 for the following: 

• Having the option of being serviced in your home  
• Being able to schedule for any time of the day  
• Being able to book on days that are unavailable for booking 

• Refunds for any service or product is prohibited. Deposits are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, you will be accommodated. 

• Guests are prohibited unless I am notified before the appointment. Guests are limited to one person.

• If you are interested in ANY Tooth Jewelry besides the Swarovski Gem, please contact me to assure I have it on hand. If we don't have the gem, it can be ordered and applied upon arrival. Pre-orders will be 50% of the service upfront.
